We are very happy to be using EasyWorship in our church, and we appreciate the work you do to provide this software.
However, we have encountered an issue with some videos. When we import or add certain videos to EasyWorship, they do not load or play properly in the program. Interestingly, when we play the same videos directly from the computer, they work perfectly.
Could you please advise us on how to resolve this issue? We would appreciate any guidance or recommendations regarding video formats, settings, or possible compatibility issues.
