PowerPoint Slides are Sometimes Displayed Very Large: Sometimes Only About 25% of Slide is Visible

Are your creating them on this machine or another machine? Also, what is the output resolution on the secondary output that you are displaying them on?
Also, I need to information below.
Open EasyWorship and click on HELP//ABOUT EASYWORSHIP and let me know which version and build number you are running.
1. Click on the Windows Logo Icon (Start menu) at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen,
2. Type in "DXDIAG" and click on 'DXDIAG.exe' or 'DXDIAG run command',
3. Click Yes when a yes/no question appears,
4. Click on Save All Information.. at the bottom-right of the DXDIAG window,
5. Save the information under an obvious name such as "dxdiagoutput",
6. Attach the saved file to this ticket.

We have a new laptop running Windows 11 and Microsoft Office. We are running EW 7.4.1.9. I have already applied the corrections suggested on this forum for high DPI scaling for both Windows and EW. (and checked it is still applied)
The problem is that for around 40% of the time any given PowerPoint slide will show correct full size in Live Output but will display at around 400% for 60% of the times - based on running the same EW service through multiple times back to back.
It is this erratic behaviour that is frustrating me. The settings/configurations are all presumably staying the same but sometimes the slide displays very large.
I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions
