Importing Photos Not Transfering Image to the Resources Folder

If you click on HELP//BACKGROUND HELPER and turn it off and on see if that will correct the issue.

All of the sudden when I import an image into Easy Worship the Background Helper is not moving the image to the proper image folder in Windows, so the image won't show up in EW. I've had to move the image into the proper folder myself and then move it into EW. I'm using EW 7.4.2.12
