What version is your Mac? Can you send a screenshot of your About This Mac window?
It sounds like there is a permission issue with the install. Can you uninstall and reinstall it? After the install, you should get a prompt to allow EW to run. Make sure you click Allow on any prompts for EasyWorship.
CCLI is a separate company that EW integrates with to be able to import song lyrics. You can go to ccli.com to find out more about what they offer. If you purchase a CCLI license for your church, you will be able to sign into that account in EW and import song lyrics only into the song database.

Hello,
I've been trying to load EW 8 on my Mac with a promotional period to no avail. When i purchased in 2021 i tried and it never worked. I loaded in on my laptop PC and still never really got it off the ground. Now they said it better and has been perfected with Mac but i cant get it to work. It loads then goes off. I need help. If someone could assist me that would be excellent. I know its a great tool and I'd like my church to see this. we only have about 25 people but i want to maximize technology by showing bible verses on the screen and also song lyrics.
I'm also interested in the songs on the CCI or the music app they have. Does the site have instrumental music with lyrics? As mentioned I can't get anything to work so i can't play with it or learn anything about the platform except watch videos.
