There is not a way to change the font size of the program itself. You can only change the font and size of the content on the slides you're sending live.

You can lower the resolution of your computer screen. That would make everything on your screen larger. Especially if you have a 4k screen.

You can also make the icons larger or use Ledger view using the dropdown in the top right corner of that window.
