We recently released a beta of our new service planning tool. Planning for Sunday is often split among different tools and people, and coordinating everything takes extra energy and effort. Our goal is to make service planning easy, so that you don't have to carry the burden of putting Sunday together by hand.
Our Planning BETA brings what’s happening, who’s serving, and what you’re singing together in one place your whole team can see. You can plan the order of your service in the agenda, schedule volunteers in the roster, and prepare for worship using the setlist. One of the biggest features we're working on is synchronization between this new platform and our presentation software, so that your service plan agendas will automatically update your slides.
We've released this tool as a beta so that we can get your feedback on it as we build. We'd rather release a bit early and let you help shape what we build, instead of releasing only once everything is ready and find out we missed the mark on what you need.
