I have set my logo up with an image. When I click on the logo thumb in the upper right corner (next to black, clear etc. . .) I cannot 'go live' and stop the logo from displaying. How do I switch from logo slide to a live presentation?

The Logo, Black and Clear buttons are either on or off. Just press it again to change state.
