We are using NIV scripture to present on the monitors. The scripture font size is much smaller than the scripture designation. How can I change the format for all scripture to present so the verse font size is larger?

Same issue at our church. When we go live from scriptures placed in the schedule, the verse font size is small and the reference is HUGE. However, if we go live from the actual scripture section at the bottom, it has a normal appearance. Is there any solution to this?

Go to Edit - Main Output - Scripture to make adjustments. If you can't get what you want you should open a Support Ticket to contact actual EW Support Personnel.

Did you ever get a resolution for this?  I've attached a couple of pictures for reference.  I typically grab all of the verses I need and drag them to the schedule.  Basically the first verse is the only one that shows correctly.  I have to launch them all individually to make them display correctly.  I'm sure this is a setting issue, but I've defaulted my settings multiple times.
