You can load either and Office 365 should work also.
Just so you know, except for a few cases, Microsoft recommends using the 32 bit version of Office.

Thanks Craigmash! This is good information. I have 64 bit office here at work for testing purposes only, however there is for sure no benefit to having 64 bit office if you don't deal with 4 Gig files and most people don't. I have only seen a few people that use huge Access databases or Excel spreadsheets that would benefit from 64 bit functionality.
