[Tips & Tricks] How to store "Media & Resources" on D drive?
1 Comment
Hi sturgjoh,
I'll be glad to help.
Browse to c:\users\public\public documents\
Copy the softouch folder to the D:\
Open EasyWorship.
Create a new profile
Type in a name and then click on the Advanced tab.
Change the type to Existing.
Click the browse button and browse to d:\softouch\easyworship\
Select your profile folder (probably default)
Click OK.
That should be all you need to do.

I have just built a new PC for my church based on the following spec:
[list:3d1s00t1]4u Rack mounted case with 550W PSU & Internal DVD RW drive
Motherboard = Asus B150-PLUS
CPU = Core i5-6400 2.70GHz 6th Gen Skylake
RAM = 8GB (4x2) DDR4
GFX = Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB PCI-E 3.0 HDMI[/list:u:3d1s00t1]
Storage is based around a fast boot drive and a large data disc.
[list:3d1s00t1]Boot drive = Kingston M2 120GB SSD
Data Drive = Western Digital 1TB SATA drive[/list:u:3d1s00t1]
I only have one profile setup for all the songs and videos we use. Is there a way to move the data that is usually in the following location, to the D drive.
[color=#0000FF:3d1s00t1]C:UsersPublicDocumentsSoftouchEasyworshipDefaultResources[/color:3d1s00t1]
We are running Windows7 Pro 64bit.
I've searched online this evening and can't find reference to this topic. There must be other people doing this, so thanks in advance for your help.
