I recently received a software update for Easyworship 6. After performing the update I was prompted to select which profile to use. When attempting to select the "Default" which contains all of our downloads e.g. backgrounds, bibles, videos It wont allow the profile to load. A window pops up displaying "Access violation at address 00F1E08A in module Easyworship.exe". I've read that this error means the data is being ran in another program. We do have Easyworship 7 still on our PC. Should the older version be deleted from the PC to avoid any further interruptions? Also how do I correct the problem to the new version without losing any of the data. Thank you for any help.

We are having a similar issue with an Access Violation after the most recent mandatory Windows 10 security updates. We cannot get EW6 to project on our main screen anymore.
