My System Freezes/Crashes when i am using EW6.. Some times it comes up with this error " Your PC ran into some problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

Most times, My system goes black and the projector screen shows Orange/Yellow Color.. i always get to force shut down(Using the power button) as a way of restarting the PC..


Please is there any way to fix this Issue?? I use a Windows 10.

Hi!

That usually means you have a hardware problem. If you go to eventviewer in Windows Control panel and look under the system tab it may shows you what it causing the error.
