We have recently installed EW 6 and are running windows 10 on a brand new AV system in our church. The AV system works with Windows MediaPplayer and PowerPoint, but when we click to open EW the computer screen goes blue and says the computer has encountered and error and closes down! We cant even get into EW!!! Can you help please? Chris

A blue screen is almost always a hardware or driver issue. Even though the computer is new, that doesn't make it immune to hardware failure. EasyWorship is using functionality that media player and powerpoint do not use. It's using DirectX to render content. This will sometimes expose a hardware or driver issue that you previously didn't know about.

The other way to find out what is wrong is to read the memory dump file that is created when there is a blue screen.
This will show you how, but it's not an easy process.
