Is it possible to sort or alphabetize the resource library list? It seems others ARE alphabetized in ascending order, but this one is alphabetized in descending order. ????

I'll be glad to help with that.
This area functions just like the windows file explorer when it comes to sorting.
You can click the gear icon or right click and change the sort setting. You change the view to details and click the title or file name column header to sort.
