Are Alert Templates not working yet? Whenever I open that screen, it does not allow me to make any changes, everything is greyed out. Is the templates where I would save frequently used alerts?

Also, any way to stop the scrolling on the foldback alerts?

Hi Craig,

The simple alerts only scroll. You can change the font size settings in Alert options under edit, options to adjust the height.
You can setup templates that do not scroll.
You'll click the plus button to create a new one.
Select and existing and click edit to change it.
Dan has created a video that will show you how this works, along with Service intervals and tokens.
