We have been using EastWorship 6 for several month now. We are running Windows 7. When we try and play video files the audio plays normal but the video laggs way behind. Sometimes rebooting will fox it temporally but then it comes back. Mostly we use mp4 files but have tryed other formats without success. Today I uninstalled QuickTime and reinstalled it. At first I thought it fixed the problem but then it came back. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this problem?

We had a similar issue resolved by installing codec linked below. Have you installed the K-lite codec pack?

It could also be hardware related. What are your system specifications?
