So years ago I used a overlay countdown which I downloaded from this community forum. I've searched & have found nothing.
I'm needing to overlay of a countdown & possible some test saying "service begins in..." This will be displayed on bottom third of screen as our news & announcements are being displayed at the same time.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what to use to get this?
As news changes from week to week, I'm thinking a general screen overlay would be the easiest instead of making a video of all the news then adding a chroma key..... But open to any suggestions.

We currently run boot camp on Mac so it won't mater if it's pc or Mac compatible.
