Version 6.3.1 trouble... In the song editor, if you put the cursor in the title box at upper left and press Ctrl-V to paste from the clipboard, the contents are not pasted to the title box. Instead they go to the Words panel below. Right-click, choose paste from the menu, works as expected in the title box.

I have not been able to repeat this since, but at least twice after I did the Ctrl-V paste to the wrong location, when I did a Ctrl-Z to undo, it deleted the contents of the title box - Argh!
