When I have a powerpoint in the preview section, the preview screen zooms up to the point where all I see is the top left corner of the presentation. I have a screenshot of it but I don't know how to show it to you. Thank you!

This sounds like an EasyWorship 2009 issue.

If you are not using EasyWorship 2009, make sure you have updated EasyWorship 6 to the latest build and you'll want to uncheck the option the KB article above tells you to check.
