When using the built-in web/YouTube module of Easy Worship, does the computer immediately buffer/load the video when you tell it to import it to the schedule so that when you press play later it will play without lag or does it restart the process of buffering and loading when you press go live?

It only points to the web location. It do not do any pre-processing.
