We were having issues when trying to save. we have installed 6.2.1 but whenever we try to save the schedule it freezes in a black screen and will not allow us to save the schedule. This happened 7 times in Today's service. We are running windows 8.1 on a Dell laptop with AMD 10 processor, 8 GB ram.

Also check one thing for me in EW. Click on EDIT//OPTIONS// under live make sure that the APLHA CHANNEL is disabled.
