On my Windows 10 VMs the 6.2.0 and 6.2.1 updates presented a couple of errors during installation of PowerPoint hook DLL.

During 6.2.0 I canceled and rebooted to reinstall. During 6.2.1 I waited for Helper to finish its Presentation housekeeping and still had error but this time waited a few minutes before pressing Retry and it continued to completion.




My native Windows 7 computers didn't experience these errors.

Thanks for the information I'll pass it along to the developers. We have not tested EW6 on Windows 10 or using Virtual Machines.
