Problem importing new media (image of video)

I installed new easyworship 6 and all media resources are working perfectly but importing new image or video or presentation or theme turns grey and never finish loading. It shows black when it go live and edit image properties. I also tried the drag and drop option but the same thing happens. Pls, is there a way out?

EasyWorship 6 is no longer supported. However, your image files may be corrupt or created in a way that isn't supported by EW6. You can try opening them in MS Paint and resaving them as jpeg files and then try again and see if that works.
