Unable to import PowerPoint files

Hi
For some reason we are unable to import PowerPoint files. I import PowerPoint files in to the presentation table and the the icon goes Gray and has a yellow triangle in the middle of it.
I am using office 365.
Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
