I created a presentation using powerpoint and saved it to the presentations tab.  It is grayed out and i cannot open it.  Not sure what to do?

Sounds like it didn't fully save or became corrupted. Try saving it to somewhere else on the hard drive and importing it into EW by right clicking in the Presentation area of the resource area and selecting Import PowerPoint.
