Reaching out to support. I have a ticket no. 39246 re my problem with EW7 not outputting and locking up from the Edit Options menu when I try to change screen resolution so I won't repeat the details here. Can't access the a/c which generated the ticket no. as my password isn't being recognised and the reset password option is not sending an email.

This is Terry I did a remote into your machine on Wednesday June 6th and updated the video card driver for the laptop and this fixed the issue.
