We have a EW6 and it’s started having issues with the mouse. You will be working and the mouse will just disappear and jump to the output monitor. If you stop moving the mouse the same thing happens.
It’s camusing a lot of frustration as it makes running the software harder.
Is there a way to fix this? It’s only in EW6 no other programs.

In EW click on HELP//BACKGOUND HELPER and see if it is stuck trying to create a thumbnail or a Powerpoint file.
