Lately, our videos have not been syncing up with the audio. There is nearly a 2-second latency with the video when played from Easy Worship 6. We do not experience any latency when playing videos from other programs on the same computer. No settings have been changed and we have had no similar issues to this point. Any suggestions?

Are they HD files?

Are they MP4, WMV...format?
