Error "Windows cannot access the specified path or file" when trying to open the transfer application

Just got a new computer, so I started to follow the steps on this page Transfer EasyWorship Profile - EasyWorship on the old computer which is Windows 10, but when I finished step four and tried to open the application an error message popped up that says "Windows cannot access the specified path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." Is there any way for me to transfer it otherwise, or a way to get the tool to run? Thanks!

I talked to you on the phone about this. It was something to do with that old Windows machine.
