You may have different scaling set on your monitors in windows. Go to Display settings and make sure all your monitors are set to 100% scaling (or at least they are all set at the same scaling percentage).
This is on a laptop that I use for building schedules not projection so there is only one screen and that is set to native. I have not tried this on our multi screen projection machine (maybe tomorrow).

What an earth is going on here. The layout is completely different in preview to live?
This is not permanent - when I went back to it later they were both the same (like the live version). But still the little thumbnails are laid out differently to the larger view below.
