Description of the bug: The implementation of scroll bars is not according to the Windows standard nor intuitive. Clicking in the bar above or below the highlighted part jumps much too far. The standard and useful action is to scroll one visible window of text so that, if going down, the first item on the window is now the one just below the last item previously.
