The first thing I would try is to uninstall and reinstall the app and try it again.
As simple as this instruction was... lol

Great!!!
Easy Worship is usable; however, when exiting out of program it freezes and does not close.

Since EasyWorship is locking up when closing while the Live button is turned on and flashing, here are some steps to help resolve your issue:
- Open EasyWorship.
- Click on Edit, at the top-left, and then click on Options.
- On the right-hand side of the window, where it says Output Position, click the up arrow next to Height.
- This will raise your Height position by 1 pixel.
- Click the OK button at the bottom.
- Close EasyWorship.
Now when you close EasyWorship, it should no longer lock up.

I use easy worship on two laptops. My old one RTX 3050 Asus TUF
The second one HP Omen RTX 4050
I am facing an issue where easy worship is freezing everytime i switch scriptures.
it freezes 2 seconds.. then goes to the next verse, everytime.
I have adjusted the settings so it uses the RTX 4050 GPU but it is still freezing.
I am currently using my old RTX 3050 for now until I resolve what may be happening with the RTX 4050 Laptop.
So I am reaching out here.
My RTX 3050 has no delay when I switch scriptures with instant smooth transitions so I wanted to reach out here for assistance.
My apologies that I have no attached any files as the laptop is currently in the vault for now, as I am about to enter service but I hope this information is sufficient enough for me to receive some kind of support.
