You are running EW 7.1.4.9 on Windows 7 and it will not work. You will either need to update to Windows 10 or 11 or downgrade EW 7 to build 7.1.4.2  https://supportresources.easyworship.com/ew_builds/archive/v7/EasyWorship-7.1.4.2.zip

What version and build of EW are you attempting to run? Windows 7 hasn't been supported by Microsoft since 2020 and all builds of EW7 later than 7.1.4.2 are not supported on Windows 7.
