Are you running the program on a Windows machine that meets the requirements? If you see the church name and email address all you should have to do is click close and then it will open.
I am not sure what you mean by not loading up.

I can't get the EasyWorship program to load up. I can login but all I get is screen where it shows Church, my email address and Church info.
