What build number of EW 7 are you running? And what version of MS Office do you have installed?

Easyworship 7.4.1.9.  MS 365 added.  Windows 11.  All new.  Thanks. Bob

If this doesn’t work I’ll call tech support next week.

Are you talking about EW remote or a remote clicker?

A remote clicker that worked before upgrading 6-7.  Ppt works manually advancing slides.  Thanks
