I have subscribed to the premium plan which is supposed to give me access to premium contents (background etc.) but every time I am trying to download the premium content, I am asked to buy the premium plan again. Can you help?

This isn't something that they can take care of in an open forum such as this due to privacy and security issues. You need to either open a support ticket, call their support number by phone (found at the bottom of this page), or send an e-mail the sales department.
