we have a subscription that has been renewed and do not have access to the premium

There was a known issue on our end with the Premium Media library not working properly. It has since been fixed but may require customers to follow these steps to refresh the premium media library.

Please follow these steps:
  1. Close EasyWorship if you have it open.
  2. In your Windows taskbar at the bottom of your screen, you should see either a search bar or a small magnifying glass icon. Click in the search bar or on the magnifying glass.
  3. Type in the following: %appdata% and then press Enter.
  4. Double-click the Softouch folder.
  5. Then delete the WebView2 folder.
  6. Close out of this window.
  7. Reopen EasyWorship. (This will rebuild that WebView 2 folder that you just deleted.)
  8. Click on the Media tab at the bottom, and then click on Premium Media,
  9. The Premium Media library should load, and you should now be able to download the Premium Media again.
