I have made several media purchases through Easy Worship and clicked on the download button for each. The problem is that when they appear in my media tab in Easy Workship they have a caution sign and they will not open. How do I correct this or get a refund?
Hi Diana, Are you downloading them within the EW software or are you in a web browser on the website downloading them?
If you tried in the software, close EW and go to easyworship.com and sign into your account and download them there from the My Downloads page and then add them to EW in the Media tab and see if that works.
