We have norrowed our problem down to our computer.  Prior to May it work fine for approx. 2 years.  Now when we plug in the HDMI cable it shuts down the computer.  Again we have had Black Magic tested it is operating find, EW is working.

We noticed the computer udated to windows 11, we changed back to windows 10.

Any suggestions...............Help....our church can't run graphics

First off, Black Magic is a company, not a product. What Black Magic product are you referring too?

Second, what are the COMPLETE hardware specs of the computer in as much detail as possible?

I would start by checking Drivers. When you revert back to Windows 10 from 11 it is quite common for Windows to replace dedicated hardware drivers with generic (and less effective) Microsoft drivers.
