I am the video tech for Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Bradenton, FL  I create all the announcements, songs, scripture, etc. in PowerPoint; however, none of the PowerPoint files would run on Sunday. We do occasionally have issues with PowerPoint files, but Sunday - none of them would run. This is very frustrating. I am not an IT person nor do we have one on staff. We also LIVE stream to Facebook and YouTube through the computer and that didn't record either. Any suggestions would be useful. I am writing this from my home computer so I cannot access the church computer info right now.
