You have a camera feed connected via NDI? What build of EW are you using? Help > About EasyWorship.
yes its connected via NDI and the software is 7.4.1.9
it happens when we aren't streaming to youtube

I would recommend contacting support directly. Go to www.easyworship.com/book to schedule a time with a technician to call you back. Make sure you're at the computer at the scheduled time.
