Feed goes black intermittently on easy worship software only. Out of EasyWorship the IP camera works correctly. Video attached

yes its connected via NDI and the software is 7.4.1.9

I would recommend contacting support directly. Go to www.easyworship.com/book to schedule a time with a technician to call you back. Make sure you're at the computer at the scheduled time.
