You need to make sure that your output is set up for Windows Extended Desktops. Hold down the Windows Key and the Press the "P" key and select EXTENDED desktops. Do this while EW is closed. Then open EW and click on EDIT//OPTIONS and make sure that your output is set to the secondary monitor.
