How is your computer connected to the output screen(s)? 2 connected to NVidia 1050Ti (Main and Alt Output) and 1 connected to Intel 630 (Foldback)
Description of the bug: Unable to edit Presentation see below
How was your service impacted? Every time we need the Presentations edited by changing a background it doesn't work again. Also size just shows the word 'Bytes' with no numbers.
How was your preparation time impacted? Takes days and days to resolve if ever.
Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug:
1. Trying to update a presentation from the schedule which works fine.
Right Click item in schedule. Select Edit Presentation from even a single video Presentation. Drag video from icon on top of slide that has the original video, it now shows new video which shows correctly, Save, go live then no image appears.
2. From working schedule, select Check Schedule for changes, Select working presentation, Add to Resource. The click to load and Go Live - Easy Worship Freezes out.
3. Only resolution is to rebuild the Presentation from scratch with new video - so Edit Presentation just does not work.
4. In resource window the Size shows 'Bytes' but no size on all new and edited Presentations but not sure which version this started to happen.
