Before you open the EW program you need to make sure that you are set up for Windows Extended Desktop. To do this you will need to hold down the Windows key and then press the letter P and then select Extend from the four options. 

Then open EW and click on EDIT//OPTIONS and make sure that your main output is set to Secondary.
