Slide Won't Stick To Desired Location in the Schedule Using the Drag Functionality

We have seen this a couple of times and it usually happens when you're using an old schedule that you've reused multiple times. Have you tried creating a new schedule and see if it still does it?

I have this recurring issue where slide up/down drag function stops working. I mean, I can drag the slide, but slide won't stick to desired position in the schedule. Support fixed it a month ago but here we come again. Computer reboot didn't fix it. I suspect a s/w bug. Any thoughts out there? Thanks and God bless!
