You will need to contact our orders dept directly. You can email them at orders@easyworship.com
It is posted everywhere on our website that EasyWorship only works on Windows. If you still would like to run it on your mac, you can install Windows through Apple Bootcamp.

Hello,
I have just downloaded easy worship on a full year subscription on a Mac computer but this is not supported by Mac.
I would like a full refund on this purchase and to have the software deleted from my device.
