The first thing to do is go through our remote app troubleshooting steps.
If none of that works, you will need to contact support directly to have them help you get it working.

Hello I recently tried to use the app to connect to the easyworship destok app and I follow all recomendations you give us in the site but is not possible to connect the iOS App also Android app with no succed. I tried all abou Firewall and other recomendations. waht Can i do? I need help.. thank you!!
