UTF-8 BOM encoding

EasyWorship doesn't handle some text encodings correctly. It is interpreting the first three bytes (EF BB BF) as "" It also mangles certain characters such as angled quotes. 


You can reproduce this easily by creating a text file in NotePad++ using the UTF-8 BOM encoding. Import it into the song library and you'll see something like the attached screenshot.

Try using the Beta and see if it is corrected in there. You can install it on another machine if you do not want to put it on the machine that you are using for church.
