Right click on a presentation, include a copy/paste as a menu item. Other option would be to re-save the original presentation with a new name (e.g. announcement date) Currently we are using PowerPoint for announcement loops. If we wanted to use the EW presentation feature to create announcement loops, we would need the ability to use last weeks announcement loop as a template for the current weeks (or upcoming) announcement loops. Also we would need the ability to pull a slide from older presentation and place it in the new presentation (e.g. an event that occurs once a month).
Another possible option would be to have the ability to create and save sub presentations (1 or 2 slides) to create a master presentation,
