How would you like the feature to work?

When you add in the presentation file an image, then you become a list with only small icons. I like to have there the same thumbnail that is available in Media/images to select other options.

Why is this feature important to you?

I have put some extra information in my file names and when you have two pictures who are almost equal with the small thumbnails you cannot find the right one.
